Upon Approval, we will arrange for a personal consultation with the client, to ensure that the client is comfortable and ready to move forward. Translators are available upon request. Any confidentiality agreements necessary will then be executed. A minimal deposit is required to proceed. This deposit will be refunded to the client upon the closing of their property. We will then arrange for private appointments to view the selected properties. A tentative schedule will be prepared with careful attention to the client's availability. On the scheduled date, the client will be picked up from the airport and privately escorted to the scheduled locations.
