Subhi J. Gharbieh

In the midst of one of the most critical times in the real estate industry, Subhi has successfully created a niche market for himself. With his state of the art marketing, drive and discretion, his reputation has undoubtedly preceded him.

No stranger to hard work, he annihilated his way through college and graduated with his Bachelors Degree at the age of 19 from the UT-Dallas School of Management. Fast-forward twelve months, at the age of 20, Subhi obtained his broker license and founded Gharbieh & Associates, a luxury real estate firm in Dallas.

With 5 years in the real estate business, Subhi has far surpassed his competition and has racked up some amazing accolades along the way. He is an ALHS, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, and sold his first Million Dollar Home at the age of 19. He is currently the chairman of the MetroTex Association of Realtors- “Young Professionals Network”.

He’s a huge basketball fan so you will probably catch him at a Mav’s game, having a good time with friends. Between work and fun, being an advocate for his community and giving back, Subhi also spends time volunteering with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas. He was matched with his“Little”- Isaiah (7 years old) in May of 2010.
